By using the mymonopoly.com site (the “Website”) and/or placing an order for My Monopoly, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of use and sale set out below. Hasbro UK Limited (“Hasbro UK”) reserves its rights to make changes to the Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale. By browsing the site you are accepting you are bound by the current terms, so you should check these every time you visit the Website.

Variations to the Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale, whether in relation to any sale contract of otherwise, shall only be effective if: (a) reflected in a new version posted in this Website in accordance with the above paragraph; or (b) specifically agreed and accepted in writing by us.

Content
You are solely responsible for the content of your submissions to the Website
You agree that you will not submit to the Website or otherwise place an order for a My Monopoly product specifying material which a) contains any unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature whatsoever; b) contains any material which is the subject of a trade mark, copyright or any other intellectual property right belonging to a third party and which you do not have permission to use or which violates any other third party rights; or c) could have a detrimental or adverse affect on the name, intellectual property rights, reputation or goodwill associated with Hasbro UK or any of the companies in the Hasbro group of companies ("Hasbro") or their products.
Any customer wishing to submit a game in any other language other than English will be subject to translation approval. Hence your game will experience a delay while this is performed. The translation approval does not absolve you from your obligations to 'content' under these terms and conditions.
Changes to Content
Once you have placed an order you will not be able to change any of the content you have entered. In exceptional circumstances, and if the manufacturing process allows for it, Hasbro may agree to update content you have already entered before your order is manufactured. In these circumstances an additional charge will be made and you will be advised of this amount before the change is made. Please note Hasbro will not be held liable for any manual mistakes made to changes in content. As this item is a bespoke product we cannot cancel an order once it has been approved. Hasbro are not liable for any spelling or grammatical errors.
Availability
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order can not be satisfied, Hasbro will contact you at the earliest opportunity to offer an alternative product or full refund.
Contract Formation
You may submit orders to Hasbro UK, but no contract will exit between you and Hasbro for provision of a My Monopoly product unless and until Hasbro UK confirm, by sending an email of your invoice acceptance of your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to when you are able to access it.
Information displayed on the Website relating to pricing and availability is subject to change by Hasbro UK without notice.
Order Cancellations
Hasbro reserves the absolute right to cancel any order in the event that it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these Standard Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale. In the event of such cancellation, we will notify you by email if we cancel the order and Hasbro will offer you a full refund.

Products you purchase will be supplied by Hasbro UK Limited located at the address set out above.

Every care has been taken to describe and portray the product accurately, but variations in actual product may occur.
Price and Payment Methods
The prices of products are stated on the Website and are quoted inclusive of VAT but exclusive of handling and delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Where a price has been misquoted by Hasbro in the confirmatory email, Hasbro may cancel that order by notifying you.
Payment can be made using the following: Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Visa Debit Card online using the web site via our secure server. We do not take either orders or payments by phone though are happy to respond to any order queries you have using the contact details below.
When placing an order if you are not the credit card holder then you must obtain permission of the credit card holder before making your purchase. Please note that no charge will be made on the card until the goods are shipped.
Credit Card Security
All Internet credit card details will be encrypted using the universally recognised USC SSL security system, which encrypts all information before you send it to us. The encryptions create billions of code combinations to increase protection of each transaction on our site. Credit card details will not be stored except for the purpose of the transaction in relation to which they are provided. Customers will be required to complete their credit card details each time they purchase from the mymonopoly.com web site.
As required by the UK Data Protection Act 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from mymonopoly.com.
Your Personal Information
Use of your personal information is governed by Hasbro’s Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale. In the event that Hasbro undergoes reorganisation or is sold to a third party, you agree that any personal information Hasbro UK holds about you may be transferred to that reorganised entity or third party.
Password
You must keep your password confidential at all times, and must not disclose the password or permit anyone else to use your password.
Any breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale by anyone you give your password to will be treated as if the breach was committed by you, and will not relieve you of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions of use and sale.
Feedback/Competition Entry
The prize draw is open to all residents of the UK only, except Hasbro UK Ltd staff. To enter the prize draw participants must complete all four questions within the feedback questionnaire and submit the completed questionnaire. A draw will randomly pick one winner each month from the previous months entries received. There will not be a roll over of entries from one month to the next. The prize is a total of one free My Monopoly voucher redeemable within 6 months from date of receipt on the MyMonopoly.co.uk web site. There is no cash alternative. No correspondence will be entered into. The closing date for receipt of feedback questionnaires for a draw in a particular month is the last day of that calendar month and the winner will be randomly selected by the 10th day of the following calendar month. On entering you agree to your name and the area which you live in being provided on a list of winners, if you win. A full list of winners will be available upon request by sending a SAE to My Monopoly feedback Winners, Hasbro Consumer Affairs Dept, PO Box 43, Newport, Gwent, NP19 4YD.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are only redeemable at our website (www.mymonopoly.com) or by phone at 00800 22 42 72 76. They have a cash redemption value of 0.001p and are not transferable or assignable. Any unused balance will be held in the recipient's Gift Voucher.
If the order (i.e. product cost and any applicable P&P charges) exceeds the amount of the Gift Voucher, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card.
Gift Vouchers and unused portions of Gift Voucher expire 6 months from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable law.
Gift Vouchers cannot be applied to orders already placed with mymonopoly.com prior to receipt of Gift Vouchers.

Additional Terms for Promotional Gift Vouchers
Promotional Gift Vouchers are issued from time to time at the discretion of Hasbro UK. Only one Promotional Gift Voucher can be applied to any single order placed with mymonopoly.com
Promotional Gift Vouchers may not be sold. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes auctions and other online sales. The issuing of Promotional Gift Vouchers may be restricted as Hasbro sees fit (for example, one per email address). My Monopoly Promotional Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase regular My Monopoly Gift Vouchers.
Delivery
We shall endeavour to despatch your product within 14 working days and deliveries will be made in the normal course of delivery by Parcel Force. However, you agree that as the product is custom-made, there may be delays, especially over the festive period. In particular, the following areas may experience delivery delays Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Northern areas of Scotland and Orkney Isles, Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles. You will be advised by phone or e-mail of any expected delay. Please note that we can only deliver product to addresses within the UK.
Delivery charges will be notified to you on the Website when you place your order and confirmed to you in your confirmatory email.
Guaranteed Christmas Delivery
All orders required for Christmas must be ordered by 12 Noon on Monday 19th November to guarantee delivery before Christmas. Orders placed after this deadline may not arrive until the new year.

Risk and title
Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the product, including delivery charges.
Delay and failure to perform
Hasbro is not liable for any breach of any contract which arises by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any obligations in relation to any product if the delay or failure to perform was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including any failure in communications and internet downtime.
Returns of Defective Product
We will always accept returns of defective products. Please note we will only accept returns of defective products that have not been opened if the defect is apparent without opening the item. Please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licenses, manuals and accessories. Refunds for products purchased on the Website can only be credited to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase.
Because your My Monopoly product is created especially for you and it is made to your personal specification, you cannot return it unless it is defective or cancel an order once it has been placed. The right to cancel on order under Regulation 10 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply in these circumstances. You will have ample opportunity to look carefully and consider how your product will appear when you create it. This of course does not affect your statutory rights.

Indemnity

Information on the Website is provided free of charge and on an “as is” basis. Except for any liability in respect of fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by our negligence or to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hasbro is not liable for any action you may take as a result of relying on the information, or loss or damage suffered by you as a result of you taking such action.
Hasbro uses all reasonable efforts to make sure all information and materials contained on the Website is correct, but subject to the above statement on fraudulent misrepresentation, Hasbro does not accept liability for any error in any material or information on the Website.

If any provision in these Terms and Conditions shall be held to be illegal or unenforceable under any enactment or rule of law then such provision shall to that extent be deemed not to form part of this agreement and the enforceability of the rest of these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.
Law
This agreement is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
