How do I create my personalised My Monopoly?
All it takes are 3 easy steps
Step one: Choose your theme
Click on "Current Theme" to switch between different themed boards available.
Options available are Classic, Birthday, Wedding, New Home and Christmas.
Step two: Personalise your Board?
Click on each property group in turn to personalise your board. Input the text you want to see on your board - you can type two lines of text with twelve spaces. You can even name the stations and change the station icons! Insert your game title by clicking on the box across the centre of the board which states “CLICK HERE TO ADD YOUR TEXT”.
Click the "OK" button and see your board change before your eyes.
Click "Print Board" at any time to print your board to preview.
You can also save your board in your Account so that you can come back and finish it later.
To customise your board offline, click "Board Planner" to download a printable PDF file which will help you choose your property names.

Don't forget to give your board a Title!
Step Three: Ordering your Board
Save your board and then click "Add to Basket"
Your My Monopoly comes complete in a special tin and will take around 14 working days to be delivered.

General Information
1. What is included in the My Monopoly?
Board, property cards, chance and community chest cards, houses & hotels, die, money, playing tokens, instructions and plastic trays.
2. Is the game in a normal box?
No, the game is contained within a silver coloured tin.
3. Do I have to register to the site?
Yes, we need to gather information from you, i.e. email, address and phone number to ensure we can update you as your order progresses through the system.
4. How much is the game?
The game is £79.99 including postage and packaging.
5. How long does it take to make?
Approximately 14 working days. We produce orders in the sequence in which they are placed and endeavour to send them out within this timescale. Exceptions can occur during the festive period where we close for 2 weeks. We will always confirm a last order date for Christmas on the front page of our website.
6. Can you ship outside the UK?
Unfortunately, no we can only ship to UK addresses, including only Wales, England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. We do not ship outside the UK; this includes Southern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Please contact our Consumer Affairs Department prior to placing your order should you wish to check your location.
7. Do you offer corporate discounts?
Unfortunately this not currently available but we hope we will be in the future.
8. What software do I need to use your site?
You will need Flash version 7 to see the images, have your cookies enabled to save your game and Adobe Acrobat to download the board planner.

9. Can I place an order by phone, fax, letter?
My Monopoly is the game where you customise the properties, title and background on-line yourself, thus ensuring the game is printed exactly as you require it. Therefore unfortunately other options are not available.
10. Can I change the Chance/Community Chest Cards?
No you can only change the property names, game title and background. The following properties will effect the Chance/Community Chest cards as your personalised names will appear in their place:
Marylebone Station
Trafalgar Square
Mayfair
Pall Mall
Old Kent Road
11. Can the utilities be changed?
No you can only change the property names, game title and background.
12. Can I change the currency?
As a UK product we can only produce the game in Sterling.
13. How can I change the pictures on the stations?
When you click on one of the stations all four will move together to be customised. If you hover your cursor over the picture arrows will appear either side. You can then scroll through the images until you locate the image of your choice.
14. How do I change the wording on the properties/stations/title?
Click onto each property grouping in turn, then click into the box that holds the wording and delete the current name, i.e., Mayfair. Insert your wording. Please note that the properties on the right hand side of the board appear right to left when you customise them. Therefore always double check you have inserted the properties in the order in which you desire them.
15. Can I use accents and symbols?
No, the system is only able to accept text or numbers hence any symbol may print out incorrectly or be removed by the system.
16. When I save the game, I'm asked to give it a name, where does this name appear?
This name will not appear on your game. It is for your reference to ensure you locate the correct game at the time of ordering.
17. I've bought a voucher from Firebox but when I go to checkout I'm still being asked for my credit card details. What do I do?
At the top of the screen when in checkout you will need to enter your voucher number (to avoid error copying and pasting maybe advantageous), this will then remove the credit card section and change the price to £0.00.
18. I've put in my voucher but it won't accept it.
First try to copy and paste in the number rather than typing it. If the issue continues please contact our Consumer Affairs Department.
19. What method of payment do you accept?
Credit or debit card only.
20. How many letters can I use?
You can name your board in 31 letters and spaces and change the properties/stations in 26 letters and spaces (13 on each line).
21. The system has rejected a word, what happens now?
You can choose to ignore the warning if the rejection is unfounded, however all games are approved individually. Should we decide the wording could cause offence or maybe in breach of copyright we will reject your game and ask you to change the wording. Please note when your game re-enters our system the 14 working day turnaround will start again. Our decision is final.
22. How do I order more than one game?
If the games are different simply add them to basket. If you wish to order the same game you can duplicate the game whilst in the basket page and then checkout.
After Ordering
23. The game will be a gift; does the outer packaging give away the contents?
The game will arrive in plain packaging.
24. What method is used to send the game out?
Games are sent out with a courier, you will receive the consignment number to track your parcel upon despatch. Please note that this is a signed for service, if you are not available to take delivery the courier will leave you a card.
25. Can I amend my game after I've placed my order?
Amendments can only be made prior to approval and should be confirmed by email as we cannot be held responsible for these changes. Once a game is approved it will be printed and amendments cannot be made.
26. Can I cancel my game after I've placed my order?
My Monopoly is a customised game made specifically to your requirements. Cancellation can only take place before your game has been approved. You cannot cancel after approval.
27. Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, please confirm by email your order number and new delivery address. Please note that can only be done prior to despatch.
